Checked in late and Kim was so accommodating and friendly! Was able to have a delicious breakfast with vegetarian options, fresh fruit, and a variety of pastries, each morning. There is also a bar with a good selection of beers and wines. The night I arrived in my first night I had some chicken tenders and tots for dinner which were good. The bartender/server there (Alyssa) was also very friendly and the cook was nice and quick too! There are beautiful water views, it is convenient location, and there is a bunch of friendly, helpful staff.

I truly enjoyed my two-day stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent—beautiful views, delicious breakfast and dinner, and an ideal location for visiting both Berkeley and San Francisco. The front desk and restaurant staff were exceptionally kind and professional. A special thanks to Maria A., who went out of her way to place our rooms next to each other. I loved my stay here and will definitely return.

The hotel on one side is very nice but the rooms overlooking the city is terrible. There are homeless people around the hotel so it gets very sketchy. Even the nice part of the hotel gets sketchy at night because of homeless. The inside is very nice. Breakfast is good and employees are very nice.
