The hotel was very clean and felt safe. It was perfect for our purposes which was to see a show in Jack London Square. We hhaad a nice view from our room overlooking the estuary and Alameda.

This hotel was perfect for our quick stay in Oakland. The breakfast had a ton of options and a really cool cappuccino machine! The pool is a little on the smaller side, but the hot tub and pool were enough to occupy my kids the one day we swam. The location was perfect for the airport, zoo and coliseum! Across the freeway was a homeless encampment but I feel like it was far enough away that I never felt scared and our car was fine for the 3 days we were here. Overall I would say this hotel exceeded our expectations!!

Good location on the water with walkable trails.
Clean with good staff, good breakfast, and just enough in the gym to get a workout done

Just the carpet take it out. The smell matters and the dusts from it. Wish the tub is not separated but big bathroom I like. Also breakfast is ok wish there were bacons. Nice staff…
