"My stay at the Hampton Inn was great. I was greeted by the receptionist and she checked in my bag since it 2hours before I could check in. I was later helped by the manager who later sent a text to make sure I was settled in. Everyone was very attentive and pleasant. "

"Property was fine but there must have been a convention there and we had to wait over 2 hours to check in. Hotel should have been more accommodating to individual check-ins."

"The room was okay, but nothing like the way it is pictured. The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is very close to the amtrak station and walking distance to the waterfront. The property itself was very run down and our room was in a very bad shape with spots on the ceiling plus the TV didnt work. The windows didn't open and there was no AC in room but a fan was provided. I personally wouldn't stay here again and will look elsewhere. "

"poor attitudes of most staff throughout....constantly ran out of many food items to include utensils.....food area was cluttered & looked messy. Had to seek out the manager to get a fork.....the garbage man finally got one for me while covering the forked portion with his dirty gloves. Staff had no regard for the comfort of the guests as they were more concerned with closing early, stacking tables & cleaning floors....they couldn't wait for us to leave 3 minutes after closing....coffee & some food items removed 15 minutes before closing Awoke by barking dog all 3 nights of our stay....even went down to desk ....they said they would talk to resident....Don't think that happened. The general attitude of most staff was they were too busy to get the job done to satisfy the customer. People this is not the Hyatt tradition for which we are accustomed"
