"the room had a nice view and was very clean but small with only one chair. The heater/Ac was turned off but the ventilation periodically clicked on during the night disturbing my sleep. The breakfast was ok with plenty of room to sit. I didn't realize I had to pay for parking until I checked out. When I mentioned that upon checking out, I was told the form I signed when checking in stated a parking fee. I thought it was to absolve the hotel of liability for damages made to my car. I didn't mind the fee, but would prefer to have known about it. There was no open dining room/bar but there is a very good food court just a block away."

"This is a great alternative to the much-more-expensive hotels in the area. Don't set the high expectations and you will be happy. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. "Clean room, comfortable bed. View of the city was great. Location is less than a 10min walk to the Fox Theater. Staff is friendly. $50 valet but worth it for the added vehicle protection. "
