Useful location for Oakham.
A little tired and needs a good deep clean.
Staff wonderful snd extremely helpful, the staff make the place.

Really comfortable 1-night stay here. Hotel very clean, and staff very helpful.
Hotel is in an excellent location for the town centre, and just a short drive to Rutland Water. Full directions and parking information were sent in advance which was really helpful.
