Being that you book on Expedia, you end up getting the worst room and the dirtiest and rooms that have never been occupied. The rooms were hot. They had a stitch to it. Bold in the bathrooms. I feel that when you pay 20 bucks less on Expedia, you end up getting rooms that are nasty.

The staff during the day are wonderful Night guy is rude and unprofessional Room Was dirty and being that u book on Expedia seems Like They give u rooms That has never been occupied and everything smelled Old n very dusty towels had a nasty stinch mold In bathrooms and carpet was filthy I love Marriott’s but this was extremely disgusting and want a full refund. We stay at Marriott suites all the time and this was the worst and most disappointing dirty place we have ever stayed at

There was a major problem at check-in in that my reservation in the hotel system did not match what I'd booked on Expedia. While I showed them the reservation on my Expedia account, they said there was nothing they could do as the hotel was completely booked. While I was trying to find out how to call Expedia (which is impossible, of course), another guest who had booked a bigger room than he needed agreed to switch rooms; so I was able to stay there. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.
