"Great staff, beautiful property! We had a great time here, the lobby is incredible. The gym could use some improvements (very small and can’t really get more than 7-10 people in there) and the pool/ hottub area (while SO pretty and well decorated) could use some more upkeep in my opinion. Our shower was also not the cleanest when we arrived. Would still come back!"

"I was surprised how nice this place was. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but we checked it out and it seems very nice. The airport shuttle was a little confusing and slow to arrive but I’m grateful it exists. You can walk from the airport to the hotel in less than 20 mins if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. "

"Not everyone enjoys bidet. Forced to go elsewhere to take of business. Everything else was fine "

"The breakfast was exceptional! We were really grateful for it given the very high prices for eating out in Honolulu. Staff was exceptional too. They helped me solve some logistical concerns with contacting my airport shuttle to book an earlier pick-up time. Couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Hawaii"

"The hotel was well located just across the road from the beach. We had a lovely ocean view room on the 24th floor. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful - just one lady on reception who wasn’t helpful unfortunately but the rest of the staff were amazing. The room we had was very noisy - being ocean view and on the main street side meant you could hear all the street noise, loud cars etc. They make the BEST pina coladas at the Splash Bar!"
