Called down several times for towels. No one ever showed. Had to go down to front desk & retrieve my own. Queen beds were really small. I would consider them to be between a twin & full size. Definitely NOT a queen size. Our television did not work in the main bedroom & there was no one there to fix it and they did not offer us a different room. For the amount of money spent for one night, and being a rewards member, I was extremely disappointed in the service.

The hotel is definitely showing its age, at least room 711 is. We were originally assigned 602, but asked to move as the room had a funky odor. 711 smelled a little better. Too bad I didn’t notice the black mold on the ceiling of the shower until I started my shower. I would have asked to switch rooms again. There is also extensive damage to the bottom of the bathroom door. The TV in the living room would not dim the screen, so we unplugged it.

The TV remote didn't work, and the TV turned on by itself even after I turned it off using the button on the actual TV. Additionally, one of the lamps in the room didn't work. While the staff was very friendly, the hotel could use some refreshing.

I liked the location of this hotel! Every clean & convenient to near by areas. What I didn’t like was housekeeping never showed up & by the time we realized there was no point in calling the front desk to let them know because it was almost time for bed. Other than this minor inconvenience, my stay here was great! Tammy who works the front desk is amazing!
