Mr. Khan at front desk was very helpful. Shuttle drivers were very helpful.

We stayed here a night on either end of a long trip, chosen for its positive ratings for cleanliness, 24 hour shuttle and onsite restaurant. The hotel is very clean and check in/out easy. Beds are comfortable, Keurig available in the room. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes. The restaurant service was good and offered adequate choices. There is also a coffee stand in the lobby to grab something quick to eat. On the second stay we were less impressed. We waited 45 minutes at the airport pickup location for the shuttle, arriving too late to get food at the restaurant which was closing within minutes of our arrival. Not having a car, the only food options were snack foods in the little hotel “store” or walk over to the gas station next door for a sandwich. The shuttle vehicle is dirty inside and driver provides a wobbly inadequate little stool as a “aide” to entry. The faucet in the bathroom was not secure, very wobbly though it worked. A little more attention to maintenance needed.

We were happy with the hotel rooms and cleanliness until we returned home and realized that are credit card had been charged twice for our hotel room and now have to spend time dealing with this issue and trying to figure out Why this happened!!

Breakfast should be included with the reservation but they told me it is not also I was charged for parking
