The shower water was almost impossible to regulate, the bedroom curtain curtains wouldn't close all the way, the thermostat on the all was almost impossible to figure out did not function like most other thermostats.
Worst all no microwave in our room. my wife was very unhappy about this place and there was no black coffee with caffine pods in our room. I have stayed recently at other Holiday inn express in other states and they bare fine but this one in Ofallon seems to be lacking in so many areas. they need to fix this. our room was like a motel 6 if that we didnt expect that. you wanted a review and I have told you the truth.

We arrived and our room wasn’t ready yet so we had to wait almost 2 more hours for our room to be done. The staff was horrible! Kept trying to say we were getting noise complaints when we weren’t even being loud and was just watching tv. You could hear other guest running down the halls and being loud and nothing was ever said to them. Won’t ever stay here again!!

Did not get the room we booked on Expedia. Was supposed to be king suite. Just got a regular king room. Front desk did not seem to know or care about the issue.

The rooms were much cleaner and nicer than the rest of the hotel. Walking through the hallways, I was a bit worried about what the room would look like.
