Little nice hotel in Bagan
Posted 22 Feb 2018 on HotelsRoom is spacious and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is also have a lot of variety to choose and taste good. Staff are extremely friendly. The hotel serves dinner at its restaurant and food was delicious. Overall, we are very happy with this hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff and ample breakfast.
Cons: Overall room and bathroom could do with a refurbishment. The hotel is somewhat old and more basic then I had expected for the price paid
Location: Location is near E-biike rental, which makes it very convenient to commute.
Managed to check in early, which was very helpful without any extra charges.
Overall it was comfortable stay and the hotel staff were very VERY helpful in all ways, including getting confirmation for pick up to bus station, getting bike rental and use of common facilities for wash up despite having checked out.

電動バイクで見て回る拠点として最適
Posted 16 Jan 2019 on Hotelsニューバガンのいちばん丘側の端にあり、喧騒や土ぼこりから離れた落ち着いた環境。レストランも周囲に何軒かあり、ホテルの斜め前には電動バイクのレンタルの店があるので、そこで借りればオールドバガン、ニューバガンの川沿い、ミンナンドゥ村の三方向へ走って行けるので、拠点として便利な立地にある。特徴的なＳ字カーブのそばなので、電動バイクで帰ってくる時もわかりやすい。

新しくてとても綺麗なホテル

Pros: 綺麗である。若干高いが、レストランは美味しい。臨機応変に対応してくれた。
Cons: 従業員全体の教育。特に接客担当でない女性従業員で、いつもレストランに座っているが、入って行っても顧客を無視している。一部の従業員が頑張ってもホテルの印象が悪くなってしまう。
Location: ニューバガンに位置するため、若干不便だが、近くにレストランやマッサージもあり楽しめた。
開業してまだ数か月しかたっていないホテルだった。そのため、行き届かない点が多々あったが、これからが楽しみなホテルだ。遅い勤務体の従業員は、もっと英語の勉強をした方が良い。意志も伝わらないと困る。優秀なシェフ兼マネージャーの肩に重荷がかかっているように見える。教育も大変だと思うが、今後の従業員の教育にかかっている。頑張って欲しい。
予約をした時、キャンセルチャージが普通のホテルより厳しかったが、このような規定は初めてだったので戸惑ってしまった。せめて他のホテルと同じルールにして欲しかった。このホテルに泊まるために旅行スケジュールが制約されてしまった。

Excelente alojamiento en New Bagan!!!
Posted 5 Feb 2018 on HotelsSe encuentra ubicado en el ingreso a New Bagan; cerca de la ubicación ideal para admirar la puesta perfecta de sol.
La habitación era muy amplia, con excelente decoración, limpia, muy bien equipada y con adecuados amenities (más la provisión de dos botellas de agua diaria) y, además, posee un hermoso jardín.
Brinda una excelente conexión WIFI.
El desayuno, hecho a la vista, era muy abundante, delicioso y variado.
Su personal ha sido muy amable y servicial (hacen reservas y colaboran eficientemente con toda la información de viaje) ¡¡cuidan muy bien a sus viajeros!!.
Ha sido una excelente experiencia!!!

Pros: スタッフの対応も良いですし、何よりも大きなホテルでないので、ホテル内の移動距離が少ない事は利点です。
Location: 場所は、ニューバガンの入り口に位置し、至極便利な所にありました。
１泊２日しかしませんでしたが、限られた時間の中で効率良くバガンを体験できたのは、ホテルスタッフの親切な対応によるものと感謝しています。また、お部屋もバスタブ付きの部屋を用意して頂き、感謝しております。海外のホテルでは、シャワーだけの浴室が多く、バスタブ付きの浴室だった事は嬉しかったです。朝食も、他のバガンの高級ホテルに比べても遜色の無い、種類の多い朝食を屋上で取ることができ十分に満足できる滞在でした。庭にも、テーブル等が設置されていて、十分に寛げる空間でした。また、チェックアウト後、バスの出発時間までに、時間があったのですが、汗を流すシャワーを使わせて頂きましたことを感謝致します。
また、客室も綺麗でした
