Really nice and helpful staff

Pros: Pool looks nice. Room is clean. Staff are nice.
Cons: The WIFI in room cannot be accessed at all.
Location: Honestly, the hotel is in middle of nowhere. I don't have anything to do nearby.
I asked about the bus I have booked going from Bagan to Mandalay on one day. Then the next day when I checked out the hotel, staff asked me for the bus ticket and said they would call the driver for me. They just remembered I have asked about it the previous day and offered help themselves. They are just so helpful and attentive to details. And the girl walked me to the bus and horse cart.

Our room was the first room next to the lobby, so it was noisy, I could hear all the phone calls. It smelt musty and dank, even though it had an air conditioner. The wall to wall carpet is cleaned without a vacuum cleaner, which is hard to believe because so much sand is tracked in from the surrounding desert. The Pool is wonderful: cool and large and clean. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied. However, the rental of bicycles and e-bikes from the hotel is a total disaster. The lack of their maintenance cost us an entire morning of frustration as first the bike got a flat tire after an hour of riding amongst the temples, then they sent us off on an e-bike that had no charge. Needless to say, we waited an hour for the preparation of each rental and again at least and hour after each breakdown to be picked up and brought back to the hotel. NOT GOOD! We ended finding rentals in town. ANd to top it off, we were charged for the bike rental, instead of being compensated. The staff seem overwhelmed. Très bel hotel , bien situé dans New Bagan Chambres spacieuses et confortables ; service excellent , attentionné belle décoration

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Restaurant! Schöner Pool, nettes Anlage. Sehr zu empfehlen!

In unserem Serene Bungalow hat es ein Abwasserproblem gegeben. Roch immer mal wieder nach faulen Eiern aus dem Abfluss. Spülen half nicht. Zustand der Bunglows im weitesten Sinne ok. Leider schlechte Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten, da keine Nachttischlampen vorhanden und nur „Flutlicht“ möglich. Wer asiatisches Frühstück mag, kommt sehr gut zurecht. Ansonsten Eierstation, Obst, süßes Gebäck - alles ok und zufriedenstellend, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches.

El hotel es muy bonito pero le falta mucho mantenimiento y el wifi no llega a los cuartos, el restaurante es muy caro. Pero por el precio que pagamos no pareció bastante justo.

Good and quiet resort hotel! The hotel is a little far from old bagan and Nyaung-U, therefore we need E-bike or car to go around. There is no restaurant near here.
