The property needs renovation as soon as possible. Doors/sliding windows of the villas do not close or open. The property is not cleaned, there is dust almost everywhere. One of the bathrooms was leaking water and every time we flush the water it was making a terrible noise.
It’s a shame because the Vila is amazing and we can notice that it was built for luxury but there was no maintenance and probably Covid just made it worse.
Something about the hotel service, don’t ask them for transfers, they tried to charge me 1.8M for something that I paid 500k, 3 times more.
On the positive side, the breakfast is very good, but it’s not buffet. I asked an additional pancake and I paid for it.

Posted 10 Oct 2023 on Hotelsspace was big no doubt. but the condition of the villa need to be improved. not able to lock one of the room. all the sliding doors are not functioning well. especially living to pool.. had a hard time opening and closing it. otherwise overall is great. breakfast was great too..

The rooms are spacious and service is excellent. The pool is really great for kids and we swim everyday. Except air condition is not really cold in 1 of the room.

All good except. The Master bathroom toilet had a strange smell. The electricity went off for 4-5 hours and no one had any clue. There was no backup generator. Overall 3.5 out of 5.
Free airport transfer was nice and staff was very courteous and polite. decent breakfast.

1.ルームサービスのメニューをもう少し増やして欲しい。
2.外部建具の気密性を調整して欲しい。
3.プールの水質をもう少し綺麗に維持して欲しい。
後は素晴らしいです。

Die Auswahl des Frühstückangebotes ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Lage ist nur wer gut zu Fuß ist zu empfehlen. Alles nur mit dem Taxi zu erreichen, selbst Wasser in Flaschen da das Wasser aus der Leitung nicht Trinkwasserqualität hat muss im Taxi besorgt werden. Wer trägt schon 1 km gerne eine 1,5 l Flasche ohne Probleme einen ansteigenden Weg? Für Familie keine Empfehlung

Posted 30 Mar 2019 on Hotelsゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました。接客はとてもよかったです。ちょっとコミュニケーション不足で、朝食付きで頼んだのが、違うものが来たり、同じものを頼んでいるのに、前日と異なったりとありましたが、気にならない程度でした。Wifiが、ダイニングエリアしか届かないぐらいですかね。
