Only breakfast was good. Facility was the worst.

Great location, clean and friendly staff

Arrived at the hotel around Midnight, pleasant greeting and given room info quickly. On the notes I requested a travel cot which was not provided, receptionist couldn’t do anything until the morning so headed to our room and unpacked. After unpacking we had a call from reception offering us a different room as it was a king bed so there was more room for the 3 of us. When we went to this room there was also a travel cot. Not sure if we were given wrong room initially or just pot luck there was a cot in this one. Both rooms were clean, and the second room was so spacious, our little one loved being able to crawl around the room. Initially thought the location was a little far away, but the old town was a 10 minute walk, and closest underground station a mere 5 minutes, and tram was even closer. So it turned out the location was great for us.

Happily would stay here again. Very friendly staff and clean room with comfy warm beds. Only downside two single beds in a double room

Everything was good(personal, breakfast, bathroom, room) but their beds and pillows were not comfortable.

I was offered an upgrade for accommodation however firstly it gave me a price which 10 min later it was higher without any reason. Does the hotel have set prices or does it choose the price how they like?
