Celebrated my 28th birthday in Puerto Vallarta for the first time and my experience at The RIU was AMAZING! I did an extensive amount of research before booking, the all adults all inclusive is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! I’m a foodie and omg the food was delicious, vibe of the hotel is great, Polo at the swim up bar WILL make your trip. My ONLY complaint was that there wasn’t any water in our room upon arrival and it took a couple of phone calls to get water delivered. Other than that please book this hotel and don’t forget to tip your bartenders.

All staff is very friendly and the service is great! The hotel is very clean and they’re always cleaning. A lot of food options and snacks. There’s bathrooms nearby which is very convenient and they’re always clean. Beautiful property.Big thanks to all the great staff!
