The staff is really friendly around the clock. The room is very clean you could actually smell the cleanliness from the bed sheets to the walls and the restroom too. The staff really makes you feel as if your part of the team. This was the first time I tried the breakfast it was very taste yet my partner wasn't able to try it since he was asleep and I wasnt allowed to take the food to the room like in other places I've stayed in. The breakfast sitting area is to crowded. Maybe trying smaller tables yet don't get me wrong it was very good. This was my first time on the 2nd floor it was ok. I still prefer the bottom floor building 2 the building where you could park by your room. Those rooms are more up to date style wise. Yet over all I don't mind any room nor any floor since the rooms across the hotel are very clean and the staff is always prompt on helping the guest out. I felt safe staying there even though there is a night club right across the hotel yet we were good and safe..

The rooms are old and smells horrible and the mattresses the worst part.

Hotel is very nice, good security and front desk was very helpful. We would stay here again!

we arrived very early 8am because Mexican custom trouble but the rom was available with little bit extra. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful.
