This is a PSA, public service announcement. If you are black, I recommend not staying here. They are racist. I was tired of being asked do you belong to this hotel a s what is your room number. I al in a bi-racial relationship and my husband was surprised. The manager is rude, staff is fine.

We must therefore ensure that we can find you in the correct hotel and allocate you to the correct booking. This procedure is the same for all our guests, regardless of their origin or skin colour. whole lobby / bar area smells of cigarette smoke due to smoking room doors being open, not acceptable in 2023

Absolutely loved it. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Food was amazing staff friendly and most spoke English

When a “suite” requires a walk up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator you should disclose that up front. Also the front desk should be better staffed such that you don’t have to wait so long for check in/check out…
