The hotel is old and smells and the room floor wasn’t very clean. However, the bed and sheets clean and confortable. The bathroom is totally made of plastic.
However, we slept well and the staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful!

Fast hotel Lens
Posted 22 Oct 2018 on HotelsVery good overnight hotel. Nice and clean, pleasant and very helpful staff. Commercial area nearby with lots of resteraunts also another resteraunt 2 or 3 minutes away. Overall a good choice.

Not the worst hotel

An ideally situated hotel for travel thru France
Posted 22 Aug 2017 on HotelsThe hotel was comfortable and just big enough for our family of four, good for a one night stay. The hotel location is close to the main routes and not far from the ferry ports. The condition of the hotel is a bit tired and worn, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the retail park where there are many restaurants, fast food places (with childrens play parks) and large shops, like Decathlon and shopping centre.

Posted 15 Apr 2017 on HotelsThe man who took care of everything was very nice and helpful. We had trouble both evenings with our key card not working. He came out and reprogrammed it without a fuss. His English was excellent (my French is not good).

Posted 14 Apr 2017Tiny room, extremely basic accommodation. If you’re looking for a hotel experience, go somewhere else. If you want a place to drop your stuff and sleep while on a budget, stay here.
