Beautiful hotel with excellent service and within walkable distance from main attractions and the old town. The room was cleaned everyday and the bed was very comfy.
The swimming pool and spa was a lovely addition to our trip.
The only thing that didn't meet my expectations for a 5 star hotel was the availability of amenities in the room except from the bathroom toiletries that were already provided. I had to scan a QR code and order the rest of the amenities (free of charge of course). There are two components that annoyed me here: 1. Instead of providing the service, they make the customers ask for it and 2. for those customers that didn't bother asking for those it was money-saving for the hotel (if someone sees the amenities they will use them, if not still a profit for the hotel).

The front desk manager Mr. Dlouhy was exceptionally kind, professional, helpful. The building is fascinating, the rooms could have better furniture, but I'm very impressed with the steam room, sauna, and the pool

The hotel keeps the spirit of the historic building while adding contemporary comfort and style; ideally located within walking distance fromm all historic landmarks, but still easily accessible by taxi or train;

A really pleasant and enjoyable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The spa and pool area was well presented and staffed. It was also easy to book a session. The lobby was a great place to have a drink in the evening.

Amazing hotel and really friendly and attentive staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - such lovely food for breakfast and dinner and great live music when enjoying some drinks in the lounge and at breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable- would definitely recommend! Also not far to walk from the main city centre

I think the hotel is amazing as a whole. Very beautiful inside and out with very clean facilities with very helpful staff. The only thing we noticed that there were not many options for a full english breakfast which left us feeling a little underwhelmed.
