Very friendly staff in a characterful hotel. Safe area with some good restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket handily placed around the corner. Decent continental breakfast (no hot food options whilst we were there). A little further from the centre of Novara but taxis available

Limited dining service and variety. Limited hours of hot water for shower. Excellent service otherwise, clean place and friendly staff, good location.

Stylish and clean place. However, the restaurant operated with various limitations due to the pandemic conditions.

Good place to stay
Posted 1 Nov 2021 on HotelsNice hotel and we stopped off for a day on the way to Malpensa airport. Very helpful receptionist who gave us lots of advice on where to go and what to see and some suggestions for restaurants which we took up and ut was a lovely meal.
