The hotel is ideally suited woth shops and eateries arond and close to nittingham and derby. Thats it as you walk in all you can smell is beer from the bar, the carpets were filthy the corridor to our room had a pen lid on the floor foe 4 days and it never moved so the corridor was not cleaned. The room was dusty and cobwebs. The carpet was filthy. The kettle was covered in smears i asked for a clean one the replacement was just as bad. Nit worth the money and bery dirty

You’d think you’re booking a nice hotel that is going to be relaxing. Dissapointed in the overall experience.
Wedding party that played loud music until 1am
Guests children knocking on other guests doors early hours pretending to be the police.
Staff are extremely rude.
Entrance to the hotel has a pub, awful pub smell and unpleasant people at the pub.
They add additional parking charges when this is not stated when you make the booking.
The rooms were disgusting. Whilst they have changeover cleans there clearly is no overall clean or maintenance in the rooms.
Stains on the mattresses, bathroom was disgusting, carpets were dirty and smelled terrible.

Lovely hotel & staff, only letdown was chewing gum had been left on the tea tray.

Nice sized, clean room.
Self service check in, with helpful staff on hand to assist.
Great location, just to the side of a retail estate, so very easy to find and shops a short walk if you need to grab some food/ clothes.
Unfortunately we arrived after 7m so my daughter wasn't allowed in the pool, but it was a peaceful nights sleep

The young lady who chequed me in was lovely. As was the lady on reception at the gym. It was a lovely stay and my wife thought so to.

Polite staff with a nice facility service. Food was nice but small amount for a mega mixed grill. Recommend getting there for a nice weekend.
