There was coffee and tea facilities, but 1 cup and no kettle. There was no remote for the tv so we couldn't watch it even though the receptionist came to our room 3 times. He gave up in the end and just sat down. The opposite building was party central. And there were funny goings on on the corner of the road ! Glass everywhere from car windows being smashed. I would not stay there again.

The guy at the reception was amazing me and my friend love him he was njce to talk to and make some jokes with. The rooms were sightly cold especial that the bed by a window that isnt properly secured so you coukd feel cold wind, luckily there was warm air conditioning available.

Staff were pleasant but lack services. Cleanliness was awfull, despite asking the staff to get the room cleaned even after 3 days, yet room wan left unclean. Tiny sink, poor shower, no bath, the worst matteress I have ever lied on; it felt like lying directly onto the springs. Windows were full of dirt & spider webs. Only one thing good that the room had a microwave & a kitchen sink in the room along with the kettle. The hotel was close to city center and all the amenities.

I saw some horrible reviews for this hotel and was very worried about staying here, but i was very pleasantly surprised. Things are a little grubby around the edges, its not perfect, but it was clean enough and very comfortable. Excellent value, no complaints.

I was disappointed with the shower it wasnt very forceful it spoilt the stay

The bed was too short for me and not especially comfortable. The light switching system made no sense at all and I never mastered it. There was no switch that related to the bedside lights. The shower controls were not explained or obvious. Apart from that, fine.
