This property is ok for an overnight stay. It gives the impression through photographs and description of being an apartment, but it’s a small room with very thin walls and a shared kitchen ( which is not as clean as the rooms) . Property is on a very noisy main road and rooms are not air conditioned. Staff are very good on communication.

Stayed with my son for football match at Nottingham Forest stadium. Excellent location for this and lots of amenities within walking distance too. River Rooms does exactly what it says on the tin. Good communication from owners aswell.

Great location near Trent Bridge Cricket ground, clean rooms and access to shared kitchen.
However, there was not enough parking, I counted 12 parking spaces and yet there are 18 rooms.
Some of the parking is on muddy puddles.
