Centrally located and safe walking, had to pay for parking,3 blocks away. Washing machine did not work for drying. Excellent customer service . Would probably stay again

Staff was always really nice and helpful. The location is Fantastic for walking around Norwich. Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying in an apartment/hotel, and I can definitely say based on our stay here that we will plan to look for those during future travel. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and staying here made our Norwich vacation extra special. 5 stars!

Friends weekend away
Posted 3 Mar 2024 on HotelsWe had a downstairs apartment which smelt a little damp but ok . Quite noisy at night as near bars etc . Some television channels not good but WiFi fine . Left car in multi Storey for 2 nights and cost £28 so quite costly .

Central Norwich with a kitchen and living area
Posted 19 Feb 2024 on HotelsExcellent accommodation with the best possible location for central Norwich. Great facilities and plenty of tea and coffee too. Friendly welcoming and helpful staff at reception desk. Parking is close by and cost £15 overnight in a secure multistorey

We do not recommend Wellington Apartments
Posted 25 Jan 2024 on HotelsThere is no mention on the website that these apartments are situated behind a nightclub. The continuous base noise from the nightclub music could be heard until almost 2am.
We had a very disturbed nights sleep as a result and decided to cut short our stay rather than endure for a second night.
