The hotel was immaculate and had a very high level of interior design throughout. Rooms were very modern/ stylish. Bathrooms extremely clean. Hotel food was exceptional. Staff were very friendly. Right on the riverside with extensive outside seating areas. We stayed three nights. Excellent.

The staff on reception generally acted as if they were doing you a favour. There were no safes in the room. Our order for starters took 45 minutes to arrive. Staff around the hotel were generally good. If you want a view of the water from your room you need to book a named not a numbered room

Superb clean accommodation with high quality extras on offer. Bedroom comfortable and dinner and breakfast facilities were outstanding. The only small fault is that there is no clear signage to tell you that you have indeed arrived at the hotel and where exactly the front entrance is - other than that a great place to stay

Despite outside appearance the hotel interior was immaculate and very welcoming with splendid views from restaurant and bar. Highly recommendable. Thank you to all staff.

We were given a room with a view/balcony, which was more than we booked, which was so kind of the hotel. The view from the balcony overlooking the river, the large bed, the bath and the generously restocked bathroom and tea tray was brilliant.
The hotel is a family owned concern and this comes through repeatedly with the friendliness and warmth of all staff - nothing is too much trouble.
The food both at breakfast and dinner was beyond good.
The stay made us very happy 😁.
