very beautiful old building with lots of character, in the heart of the city, surrounded with lovely pubs and wine bars and next to the stunning cathedral. Comfortable modern rooms and great restaurant. Polite helpful staff and great food. Was a bit disappointed that we were given two menus (one was a set menu) and told that the chef 'may' permit you to swap starters, only to be told by the waiter that took our order, I couldn't swap my starter! Only watch out is if you have difficulty walking, there are steps to different levels and the lift to the rooms is located up an upper level, reached by steps.

A superb hotel in a wonderful central location close to the cathedral. The maintenance of the property seemed to be of a very high standard and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional.

Gorgeous hotel, super friendly staff to myself and my young daughter. Wonderful shower in perfectly clean bathroom. Highly rate this hotel.

Really nice room and bathroom. Only negative was the ipad in the room. It kept saying it was waiting for the check-in to update. No idea what it was for and I obviously didnnt need it.
