Over priced for what you got! Rooms needed updating, toilet so low on the ground that a 2 year could use it easily and being older with a bad back made it difficult. I was told that someone would clean our room as long as we did not leave the "do not disturb" sign on the door and came back at the end of the day to no housekeeping at all. Had to ask for toilet paper as one roll had 5 sheets left on it. The continental breakfast was under par one morning but okay the next morning we left. VERY overpriced......at $125 a night for 2 people in a one queen room. I do NOT recommend.

If you have Do not Disturb sign on door than House keeper can not go in your room & clean your room. It is standard Height Toilet According the low If you need High Toilet You should reserved Mobility accessible Room.sorry for inconvenience.

I’ll start with what was nice about this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind.
That’s the only nice thing
I am fortunate enough that I was only staying one night because the room was awful. I booked a no smoke room, and as soon as I entered the room, I could smell cigarette smoke. I told myself it was just one night, it’ll be fine. But then I saw some other gross things. Our sheets were stained, there was rust marks in the bathroom, and there was mold on the shower curtain. The place wasn’t clean AT ALL. I know that you pay for what you get, but I should at least have a clean room!! The worst part of it was that I thought I was only paying $88, but I was hit with another $50 making my total $138. Which was RIDICULOUS!!! Especially for what I dealt with. I do not recommend staying here unless it’s for one night and you’re on a tight budget.

The room was clean but the toilet seat was broken, there was no soap in the dispenser, no regular coffee packets, the air conditioner had a screeching sound, and my last day I had no internet or cable for tv. There was not a sheet of paper or a pen in the room to write my thoughts but I wrote them at the desk when leaving and spoke to the manager. No apologies…no nothing.
