The property itself is great BUT parking is horrible. Other than that everything is great!

Very clean, safe, great location, good breakfast with a lot of choices, easy parking. Front desk team was friendly and helpful. Panera Bread literally steps away, Crabtree Mall less than 1 mile away. This was our 2nd stay and definitely not our last!

Left one hotel and booked a room at BWP withing 5mins or less and the process was easy and check-in was a breeze!

Dishonest staff my wedding band was stolen. I left to go to a wedding and returned 1 hour later to retrieve my ring and the staff had gone in the room at 3pm and when I returned my ring was missing.
