Our stay was exceptional ! The front desk manager very friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable !

no hot water could not shower, no wifi, broken toilet seat, rust and mold in the bath broken drawer with an open floor on drawer, had a druggy next to us inviting my daughter to come do drugs with him... need i say more stay away

My room didn't have any lamps they were all ripped off the wall there was no TV in the room separate with the second bed next to the bathroom. The toilet clogged almost every time I used it. In I turned in my towels washcloths and stuff and it took 2 days to get them back. I had to hunt the lady down to get them and she acted like I never turned them in 2 days prior and I was trying to get them using deception and I paid more per night than anybody else there.

Prostitution right outside. Inside too I’m guessing and no hot water. This place should be shut down.

The first room was gross. Roaches, rust on the drain, wreaked of cigarettes. I had my family and children with me and this is not a place I’d recommend to stay what so ever. There was too much activity going on outside in the late hours that made my family feel uncomfortable essentially unsafe. The manager was accommodating and gave us a new room. The next room was better. It was mostly clean just looked wore down.

Pool was open to public and dirty. Hot water was not working, indefinitely. Door locks had cardboard in them and drywall on the floor. Not safe. People on the steps smoking Marijuana, Only a "night" window to check in, even at 5pm. Downgraded our room and pictures are extremely false and T.v.s did not work and maintenance wanted to stay and made my daughter even more uncomfortable Booked a new hotel after only being there for maybe 30 minutes before making a new reservation somewhere else. No refund. No understanding. I paid for 2 nights. Dont trust there pictures or deals.
