"Good location, parking was available although we had to pay for it. The double beds were on the small size, bedroom furniture looked quite old, and the mattresses were a bit soft for us. Easy self check in process and quiet rooms."
"Property was immaculate and everything you would need for a stay.
We were on the ground floor at the back however there was a generator at the back of our room on the wall outside that was on all night quite loud so found it difficult to sleep. "

"Great stay - club room had a fantastic view of the Tyne and was very spacious. Parking on site - nice and easy. We also had a couple of complementary drinks when we arrived and a nice full English breakfast before we left.
Bathroom a little dated but other than that we had a wonderful time. Would recommend to all."
"Has a really lovely welcome after a long journey which goes such a long way. The room was great and I had no need to worry about noise from overlooking the busy train station. The secondary glazing made it cozy and quiet.
Breakfast was good too. "
