" Couldn’t comment on breakfast, left before it was served. Room was very comfortable, very clean and plenty tea, coffee, water and the biscuits in the room were a nice touch. Definitely would stay again.

"Room was very clean, bed was big and comfy. View of the river and bridges a bonus. Free mini bar in room with water and soft drinks plentiful for night and morning. Breakfast was the best hotel selection and qaulity i have had in a hotel in england and breakfast/brunch is my favourite food"
"The room was lovely and clean and very spacious. We added a cider bottle bucket to our room and was delivered immediately as we checked in. Thebstaff was very friendly and informative. I will definitely stay here again."
"Overall, a fantastic hotel. Staff were very polite and courteous. Stayed in an Executive Suite and was certainly wowed by the room, very clean and modern!
I have two very very small gripes - The room service portions (although delicious) were a little small! I went for the burger and could have quite happily ate another.
Only other issue was the pillows, not the most comfortable and they certainly let the bed down (Which is a shame as very comfortable otherwise!)
Excellent location (our view of the Quayside was fantastic) and would highly recommend again! "
"I would like to commend Eunice from the housekeeping department for her exceptional service. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist set a standard that I have never witnessed elsewhere, even after hundreds of hotel stays. Additionally, the reception team was professional and efficient."
"Stayed Xmas eve and Christmas night whilst visiting family. Xmas trimmings looked good, liked the Christmas stocking left on the bed.Lovely friendly staff. Nice clean room, comfy bed. Very quiet. Easy to use heating controls and good to have option of opening the window. "
