"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. "This hotel was really good value for money. I would not bother paying for the breakfast as this was over priced. The rooms were clean and comfortable but it did say that it will be changing to a premier inn soon and the rooms will all be having a make over. I would stay here again if returning to Newcastle."
"Fab little apartment. Really clean and ideal for a 3 night stay while my daughter was having surgery in the RVI - ideal location too.
Really friendly staff too.

"Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old."
