The resort fees each day are completely unnecessary!!! Also, we did not like being forced to use valet parking and have to pay additional for that!!!! We will not be planning a return trip to this resort because of these added expenses. The resort itself is beautiful and very well kept but the additional fees are what will keep us away.

Loved that the hotel was in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Checking in, we discovered we had been upgraded to a water view suite, which was absolutely beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The garden setting was lovely. My first experience with valet parking and I have to say it was pretty cool. The suite was clean and spacious, you honestly could not hear any outside noise which was quite nice. While it had charging ports on the bedside table, they did not work, fortunately I was able to reach the wall outlet and use that. 4 pools to choose from that each were surrounded by beautiful gardens. The food was quite good, shrimp on my pizza is now my favorite. Several cats on the premise that just owned the place as they lay about in the heat without a care in the world, that is my new life goal. Thank you for making my 50th birthday a wonderful experience.

Great stay in the Keys at Parrot Key! Friendly staff, 3 small pools and very lush! Clean rooms!

I loved this resort. Its very beautiful and well kept. Large beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and a porch with chairs. Great pools including one for adults only. Great bar staff and the concierge made a great recommendation for dinner. The front desk staff are Customer Service Rock Stars! Highly recommend!
