On checkin, we got 2 room keys, NOT for convenience, but because they weren’t sure which one would actually work.
The hotel has 1 luggage trolley. So if you’re like us, moving your kid out of his dorm and staying overnight before your flight home, there’s a good chance you’ll be carrying 6 large, heavy bags from your car to the room.
The bathtub didn’t drain, and the rusted shower handle broke off with the water running, leading to a potential flood situation. I tried calling the front desk, but the room phone was broken. Luckily they came immediately after I ran to the front desk.
And finally, when we hinted at “a little something” to make up for the horrible experience, they said there’s nothing they can do about it because we booked through Expedia. Really? Not even a free cookie? This feels like weaponized incompetence.
Never again.

The breakfast was very filling, bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was HUGE!!!
