The pictures posted of the property are a false representation of what it really looks like. The rooms were clean I will give them that, but the exterior and facilities of the hotel are run down. Sketchy cars and people in the parking lot late night to the early morning. For a one night stay it certainly wasn’t worth $150. I wouldn’t go again.

Staff were great.The hotel is quite outdated.Convenient to U of W Northwest for our needs

The rooms were nice! It felt a little sketchy and not being able to enter the side doors was very inconvenient.

This was entirely a 3-star experience, with 3-star beds, 3-star pillows, 3-star cleanliness, and a 3-star bathroom. If your purpose is to sleep, get up, and go, it does the job. It's definitely no frills. It served us well enough for an overnight stay. One concerning factor was that our door didn't lock easily without applying a lot of force to get the top lock to engage.

Hi Dr. Shawn,I'm sorry that we did not fully meet the standards that you rightfully expected. Your review will help us better our customer experience so future guest can enjoy their stay more. Our lock are in the process of being changed out to new ones that should alleviate the problem that you experienced. We are hoping to have this done by early summer.
