Very friendly and professional staff

Breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. The room is spacious and quite clean. The spa is nice, calm, and convenient.

Stay was okay

From the time we stepped out of the airport until the time went back in to go home, we really felt their VIP service. We availed of the airport transfer and so once we were out of the airport, I saw a sign with my name on it. We then went to the hotel car which was new and spotless. It was about a 30 minute ride until we reached the hotel. The hotel staff were very courteous and check-in went smoothly. The staff also provided us with a map of the area and had it not been an ungodly hour, he...

We had a very nice experience staying here. The location was wonderful; rooms were clean; staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, and provided us with the best of care. Special shout out to Grace, you are amazing indeed. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one.

Bob (Dung) was very accommodating and facilitated my local tours extraordinarily. He followed up with with me consistently to ensure my stay in Hanoi was pleasant and memorable. Will recommend the hotel to my friends and family so they can enjoy Bob’s impeccable service.

I can only say excellent words about this hotel. Staffs were all amazing

Great big room, big bathroom. Nice that the room has a balcony even though it’s small. Great location, the staff is extraordinarily helpful and nice! They go beyond the call of duty. Breakfast was good and has a nice variety. Rooftop bar was a big plus, we were there around November and it was nice and cool.

The hotel’s location was great. Lobby was big, nice and comfortable. It was near to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Staff were friendly and courteous. The overall experience was superb!

I booked actually for my wife, Theresa. And she was very very grateful that we chose your hotel among the many that we researched on. The staff were simply amazing. My wife informed me that she will take the whole family for a Hanoi vacation and we will surely stay at Hanoi Marvellous Hotel & Spa. Special thanks to Mr. Tom and Ms. Lizzie and all the people who took care of my wife and her friend Ronnee while staying in the hotel. Indeed, you are apt to be called Marvelous!
