We had issues with our final bill which the front desk staff dealt with badly.

Checkout was a nightmare. They had charged a small bar bill to the wrong room and refused to accept they made a mistake. Front desk staff was argumentative and in the end refused to remove the incorrect charge. Since it was a small amount and we were in a hurry to leave we let it go. Good customer service would have just removed the incorrect charge.

Went away for 2 nights to explore the city. Hotel very clean. Has the essentials good for a short stay.
