Outrageous security deposit double the amount of my room! Not even an oceanfront hotel but charging a crazy security deposit. Workers were too busy texting and talking amongst each other while I stood there waiting

Breakfast was good and included waffles, bacon, and eggs. We had to pay for parking. Property is attractive on the ourside and in lobby. Bed was uncomfortable. (Old mattress, worn sheets, and lumpy old pillows.) Woman at reception desk was unfriendly and not accommodating. We are looking elsewhere for our next stay in this area.

Curtain wouldn't close all the way. Very loud dogs barked excessively the 1st 2 days & night.

It’s a 7 floor hotel and has 2 elevator but one doesn’t work all the time.. had to take the stairs multiple times so wasn’t waited 10 minutes to go up and down ..

El hotel esta remodelado y tiene buen desayuno pero el a/c no trabaja bien y el baño no le funciona el extractor.

I was told they charge for parking.At checkout , I asked about the charges and was told the older lady didn’t know what she was talking about. I asked for a bill to verify if any parking fees, but was told since I booked through a third-party (Expedia), I have to get a receipt from them. I really don’t understand this. The hotel was noisy with dogs and uncontrollable children yelling and screaming up and down the halls.. Telephone in room but not connected. Unable to contact front desk unless you call in your personal cell phone.

One thing I will say is Andres at the front desk was excellent and very helpful and friendly. Another person who worked the front desk was useless, We were there for four nights and at first we thought they were having a bad day, but it continued for all four days, a smile would go along way with her ….ill let you figure out who it was as I won’t mention her name. The facility itself is relatively clean, at night there were loud people in the hallway after 10pm, so it seems to be a young crowd, the smell of marijuana on people walking into the elevator was annoying but that’s everywhere these days. We made our reservations well before April 15, but the front desk lady (the one with no personality) made it a point at the front desk that we were getting free parking and I asked her why wouldn’t I get free parking? and the response was well after April 15 you have to pay $15 a day for parking and I said I’m a guest of the hotel. Why would I have to pay for parking?…. the response was well all the hotels charge for parking after April 15 during the season and I thought that was atrocious that you would charge your paying customers to park. Breakfast was simple and basic but appreciated. Would I stay there again, maybe, maybe not but I would definitely look for another hotel to see if there’s anything Better in the area
