Property was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant food was good , a bit understaffed but waiter was quick and efficient. Shuttle to airport was on time. Perfect for a stay before an early morning flight.

This property charges additional fees for parking in their own parking lot as a hotel guest. This should either be included in the cost of your hotel, or disclosed before you book. Front desk staff was not very friendly, and were very unclear when I asked questions about how to avoid getting ticketed for parking in the hotel parking lot. My room was on the first floor at the very end of the building, and all night headlights were coming through the curtains, waking me up. The street traffic is noisy, making it difficult to sleep. I purchased breakfast at the restaurant in the morning, but by the time I got to my room, it was cold, making me think it was never warm. The room was clean, though dated and a bit run down which made it feel unclean. The tv did not work.

In Portland as in most large cities, parking is valued at a premium, and fees are required for the upkeep of the parking areas. Room was comfortable and clean, staff friendly and efficient. The in house restaurant offered a decent selection, at a reasonable price. Kids liked the pool and the fountain under the stairs, nice little work out room with treadmills, some weights, a bike and an elliptical trainer. Will be happy stay here each time we come to Portland to visit our grand daughter.

The front person was terrible! He had a terrible customer service! Lots of people were complaining about him! And he told my friends that managers ridiculous smh! He need to work in the back or somewhere away from people.

I got the room becuase I had a late flight out so didn't really spend that much time...but what tim I was there, it was perfect.
