I was not able to make it due to my flights being canceled from weather. And I was charge the whole amount of the price as if I stay at the hotel. I will be doing a dispute with my credit card company . I think it’s unfair to be charged, when speaking to several reps I kept being transferred or they would drop the call, very u professional.

Dear Karen, I'm very sorry for your frustrating experience. Your reservation was booked and paid for through a third-party discount website. These sorts of reservations allow for a larger discount but with far less flexibility. Any refund for your stay would have to be obtained through your booking source. Parking can be challenging if you arrive here late. Huge parking lot is full when you get there late. Better to arrive there early to park. However, if you tell the staff, they will let you park anywhere.

Stayed here overnight because of my flight layover. Check in easy, staff so friendly and helpful, airport shuttle top notch and timely. Bed so comfy and room very clean. Would def stay again!

Poor customer service. No free breakfast

We liked the location, near airport and the shuttle to the airport. But we asked for the microwave repair to the reception, which was forgotten. After an hour we sent a text which worked. They no longer accept a check, only cc.

The resturaunt was advertised to be open and serving until 10 pm but wasnt.
