This hotel was perfect for my early morning flight. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Both the hotel staff and shuttle driver were helpful and friendly at my 4 am departure.

The staff at this property was AMAZING!!! Everyone from the desk staff, housekeeping and especially the morning breakfast attendant was the nicest, happiest, all around kind and helpful person! He took pride in making sure everyone was happy ,well fed and had a great experience. He deserves a promotion (if he wants one lol!) The property was adequately clean and comfortable.

NO POOL or HOTTUB. Come on Hilton owner, you can do better! When i asked about the pool, front desk said it hasnt been open since 2019 and that it was a sess pool and it was!! If you don't want the responsibility of a pool, fill it with soil and create some green space. Front desk folks were kind wheni checked in. Morning front desk person was not friendly.

I am in agreement with your solution and the hotel has been working on a project to fill in the pool and convert to a green space. This is a process that involves several entities and permissions, hence it takes time to resolve. Please note that it is an outdoor pool that, if in use, would only be open June through August. Thus, it would not have been available during your stay. Our official website does not indicate that we have a pool and I am sorry that you were not aware of this when booking your reservation.
