Absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, 10 mins from the airport, our room was excellent, very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable! We would get the shuttle everyday to the airport and then get the train to the city, which was all explained so throughly and we felt so comfortable doing this after the help from the wonderful staff. We stayed for 5 nights and I would highly recommended this hotel! Rosa on the front desk was just the best, she helped us out in every way possible. Thanks for making our stay one of the best experiences ever! We will definitely be back!

I liked the peaceful area it was in, loved the pool and hot tub. Also had a really nice comfortable bed with nice pillows

Arrived in Toronto on Saturday night after a long day flying from Lisbon to London and then on to Toronto. Air Canada changed our itinerary early Saturday morning from a connection back from Montreal to St. John's to an overnight in Toronto. We enjoyed our stay at Lisbon Holiday Inn Express so we decided to book in Toronto. Hit the wrong button for Tuesday reservation instead of Saturday. Tried to cancel but wasn't permitted on the Expedia site. Paid full amount for nothing. Thanks for nothing!
