I booked this property for my daughter who had a layover in Toronto, but on the day of her flight, it was cancelled by the airline. I immediately called the hotel and they said that they had no interest in talking to me or helping me and I needed to speak to Expedia. I spoke with a representative from Expedia who did everything they could help me, including sending a note and asking that, I not be charged for the reservation and the hotel refused. What a disgusting greedy organization. I had absolutely no control over the fact that the flight was cancelled out of Montreal to Toronto and I was courteous and phoned the hotel directly and Expedia asked the hotel not to charge me yet , they just couldn’t do the right thing and they charged my credit card even though they already knew my daughter was not coming because her flight had been canceled. I hope that $300 was worth it because I will never stay with your chain and I will tell everybody I know what disgusting greedy organization you are

Being from another country was scary but the staff made me feel right at home. I’ve never had a room so immaculate before. I am definitely visiting again.

Close to airport for early morning flight. Had to go to a different hotel for food. Staff very friendly and helpful

Parking not included, $28 a day. Didn't know that. Shower head was wonky, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. All in all.. 6/10 for me.

I just stayed one night for a layover, Great location close to airport but nothing within walking distance if you need to grab food. Friendly staff and nice breakfast
