No air conditioning The walls are paper thin and we could hear noises from other rooms and from the street.

excellent location, staff exceptional, don’t bother with a rollaway bed-very uncomfortable put mattress on floor. needs lighting in/by area by outside bathroom/closet. price i got for expedia and bill from hotel quite a bit different with no explanation. breakfast hit n miss.

the premises are very clean and parking was easy. The room had been recently refurbished and bathroom was very clean - no mold smell, which can be a problem on the coast. Close to shopping/restaurants/beach. Point Lobos is just up the road. Helpful and friendly staff in the breakfast area and the main office. Would stay here again.
