The plaster and scraps of wallpaper were peeling off of the walls.
The shower drain was clogged and the tub/walls were not clean when I arrived, nor had the carpet been vacuumed.
Various flies and other bugs had found their way into the room.
The parking lot smelled of raw sewage (no exaggeration there).
There was a hole in the bathroom floor.
The fixtures in the bathroom were ready to break off of their wall mounts.
Small children were running around screaming until after 9pm.
So, yeah. Seedy place. Did not merit the $95 per night. A complete rip off.

Good for a low cost hotel, clean rooms, bathroom, was great for what it was

It smelled disgusting, stains on the couch, and terrible water pressure for the shower. My room had a rat trap next to the fridge.

Bathroom door and front doors were not locking , felt unsafe, There was no dead bolt on the front door

Terrible place.. room smelled so bad that front desk came in with a odor spray to try...no COLD WATER...SO YOU CANT TAKE A SHOWER ...
