I have a 3-5 on service. All the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and professional. However, the housekeeping was not good. I was only there for 2 days. On the first day, my room was not cleaned, despite housekeeping being right outside the room when I left for the day. On the second day, the room was cleaned but the amenities (tea, coffee, etc.) were not replenished. Clearly no quality checks by the housekeeping management.

The hotel is clean and tidy, no frills. The staff were pleasant and helped with a room request.

Convenient location,
Booked 3 Rooms, No hot water in one of the rooms. Advised reception and basically couldn’t have cared less. No alternative room was offered and no solution to the problem, cold showers for the Guests 👍

Poor service at breakfast.
Posted 30 Jan 2023 on HotelsThe room was ok but quite stuffy. In the bar in the evening there was was disjointed service with a long wait. At breakfast the person waiting got the food order wrong and was very rude when this was pointed out.

Posted 5 Dec 2022 on HotelsMy wife and I had a lovely, peaceful stay on Saturday evening. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. Our room was ready early and they couldn't do enough for us. The Superior room was perfect, very clean, comfy bed, large walk in shower. We asked for a quiet room as we are both light sleepers and it was exactly what we had requested. We will definitely stay again in the near future.
