"I upgraded myself to a Club room and enjoyed the benefits it offered but i was very surprised that the club lounge was not busier in the evenings for drinks and canapés, it was only myself on the two nights I stayed not that this was a problem. The room itself was lovely although the air conditioning was a little noisy and even when switched off there was still a noise from the fan. Also and I would suggest a member of staff stay in the room for the night ( 2611) as in the evening/ night time there was a mechanical/ piping noise that went off about every 20 minutes. I don’t think it was the lifts but worthwhile investigating. Apart from that the bed was very comfortable and having the complimentary mini bar was a big plus. All the staff were excellent and I would definitely stay here again."
