Since the completion of our remodel the owner of this hotel decided like many other hotels in this area to stop allowing locals to rent rooms for whatever reason he had, so we were not able to accommodate you due to hotel policy as was explained when you were trying to check in.On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. Booked online through travel site. When arrived, hotel was under renovation and they did not have our reservation and could not accommodate. Was so frustrated we ended up staying elsewhere at twice as much.

Advertised a pool, which was not open at all. Breakfast was terrible, old and outdated. We checked out early, and now property is refusing my refund. Cleanig people were kind, and Victor the night staff were very helpful.
