Don’t stay here! At first I was super happy considering the other hotels advertised in Blackpool BUT someone tried entering my room at 1am about 5/6 times, luckily the latch was on which the door just kept slamming and getting caught! I called reception to check cctv the guy causally said “oh yeah my colleague gave access to your room by mistake” I was absolutely mortified being woken up like that! The next morning I went down to reception to check out, told the morning staff member he was shocked, I asked to speak to a manager, she came and gave me £5 off my stay! Hilarious! & said they would investigate as it is impossible to give incorrect access to someone and said it shouldn’t of happened, said she was going to call me to inform me of what happened and have not heard since! My stay was over a month ago & will NEVER go back to this hotel.

Room was outdated and not clean. Never felt a mattress so worn down that the springs were digging in when lying down

This hotel promotes itself as formerly being a Hilton which it most certainly is not. Whilst the staff were helpful and professional other guests were rude, loud throughout the night, shouting, slamming doors at gone 2.00am and then again at 6.00am and even trying to break into my room and it smelt like they were smoking pot! I was booked in for two nights but left after one and went home.

When we went to our room we noticed lots of insects the looked like little moths so I don’t know what they were ! The reception offered us another room straight away
