Front desk lady was very personal. Her dinner suggestion was great. The bed was very firm, but uncomfortable. Great lighting in the bathroom!!!

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was great and plenty for everyone. We selected a room with a fireplace and that was very relaxing. The only issues we had with the room was sleeping, the mattress was not comfortable, the sofa bed was worse. It was so bad that my sister in law had to sleep on the sofa cushions on top of the mattress and the second night she didn't even open the sofa up, she just slept on the couch. When you are paying $200 a night, the beds should be comfortable

Wish I knew had a Peloton bike in gym. Spacious suites, love accept dogs, water pressure is great in shower and bed firmness is great. Great for a family of 4.

Good afternoon Mr. Pham, I apologize for the inconvenience you have dealt with during your stay. It seems like based on what my front desk is informing me is that Mr. Smith came in with no details of the reservation and it was not under his name but your name. As a policy since his name is not attached, we cannot check him in. Mr. Smith demanded the staff to call Expedia/Travelocity because it is our fault that we are denying his check in. Mr. Smith refused to call Expedia himself that it isn't his fault. We were able to get in contact with Expedia and Mr. Smith was able to answer all the required questions from Expedia to change the name on the reservation. At check out, Mr. Smith demanded a receipt but unfortunately, we cannot give folios from 3rd party as you pay them directly and the amount that is to us is different. It would be best to change the name to the actual person staying. Regards,
